- Food Vendors: 7:30am
- All Other Vendors: 8:15am
- Setup immediately after check-in and remove vehicles by 9:30am.
Regulations
- Vendors must provide own tables, extension cords, hoses, etc
- Festival provides covered booths and electricity..
Food Vendor Regulations
- A Texas County Food Handler Certificate is required.

- We attempt to have only one booth for each type of food. Applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis.
- Food Vendors will not be allowed to sell any type of drink. The festival will have soft-drink and beer booths.
Fees
- Crafts and Commercial - $60
- Food - $60 plus 10% of gross sales.
- Double Booth - $110
Payment
- Festival will use tickets worth $0.50.
- Vendors will receive check 5 days after the festival, minus food commission (if applicable).
