Texas entertainers and a gathering of local salsa chefs vying for the title of "Salsa Champion"!The Salsa making contest is the highlight of the
festival, with amateur and professional competitors offering their recipes for the public to sample. The competition boasts a grand prize of $1000! Grab a drink, TRY
to make it through all the salsa entries, then cast your vote for your favorite!  The festival will include live entertainment (country, gospel, and salsa
music on two stages), exciting booths (food, drinks, arts/crafts), and a children's area with games and attractions just for them!Don't miss the Valero Corner Store "Hotter than Salsa" Bike Ride, a grand bicycle tour of the beautiful
